Outer Spherical Bearing
One end flat belt eccentric sleeve SB200-SB201
Secure eccentric locking system:The one-end eccentric sleeve provides firm shaft fastening, preventing slippage and ensuring stable performance even in applications with frequent vibration or start-stop conditions.
Self-aligning spherical outer ring: The spherical design fits the concave seat to correct minor installation misalignment, guaranteeing smooth rotation and reducing stress on the bearing and housing.
High load capacity in a compact size: With strong dynamic (Cr 9550) and static (Cor 4780) ratings, this compact bearing delivers reliable durability for light-to-medium-duty machinery while maintaining easy, efficient installation.

Outer spherical ball bearings are a modified form of deep groove ball bearings. Their outer ring features a spherical surface that fits into the corresponding concave spherical seat, allowing for automatic centering.
These bearings are designed to support combined radial and axial loads, with radial loading as the primary application. They are generally unsuitable for carrying axial loads independently. The inner ring—complete with rolling elements and cage—and the outer ring can be mounted separately. Because the bearing cannot accommodate shaft misalignment relative to the housing, any deviation under radial load may generate additional axial forces.
Proper axial clearance is essential for reliable performance: insufficient clearance can cause excessive heat buildup, while excessive clearance increases the risk of bearing failure. Therefore, axial clearance must be adjusted carefully during installation and operation. When needed, a pre-interference fit may be applied to enhance bearing rigidity.
