Product Introduction
Outer spherical ball bearings are a type of deep groove ball bearing, featuring a spherical outer ring that fits into a matching concave surface of the bearing seat for self-alignment.
They are designed primarily for combined radial and axial loads, with emphasis on radial load support, and are generally not suitable for purely axial loads. The bearing can be installed as separate inner and outer rings, with rollers and a cage. Shafts must not tilt relative to the housing, as this can create additional axial force. Proper axial clearance is critical: too tight causes overheating, too loose can lead to damage. Pre-interference mounting can be used to enhance rigidity if needed.
