Deepening New Paths for Industry-Education Integration: Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College Visits Huagong Bearing Factory to Jointly Cultivate High-End Manufacturing Talents

To further promote the integration of industry and education, accurately meet the needs of enterprises, and support talent cultivation and technological innovation in the bearing industry, on April 8th, Cui Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College, led a delegation to Linqing City to conduct a special research activity on enterprise visits and job creation. Zhang Zhigang, Secretary of the Linqing Municipal Party Committee, Wang Hong, Member of the Party Group of the Municipal Government and Vice Mayor, and Gao Shikui, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, accompanied the research.

During the research trip, Cui Wei and his delegation visited several leading bearing enterprises in Linqing, conducting on-site inspections of the production lines. At Shandong Huagong Bearing Co., Ltd., the research team toured the intelligent production line, high-precision testing area, lean product assembly workshop, and intelligent warehousing system, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's technology and manufacturing processes. They also highly praised Huagong Bearing's outstanding achievements in the field of high-end manufacturing.

Founded in 2011, Shandong Huagong Bearing Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, a specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, a Shandong provincial manufacturing single-item champion enterprise, and a provincial enterprise specializing in the first (set) of technical equipment and key core components. The company's high-end roller bearings achieve a machining precision of 1-2 micrometers, with key indicators such as corrosion resistance, stability, and load-bearing capacity benchmarking international advanced levels, successfully filling the gap in domestic high-end rolling element technology. In recent years, the company has launched a large-scale, high-end precision wind power bearing project, achieving efficient transformation of its independent research and development achievements, significantly enhancing the self-controllability of my country's bearing industry chain, and promoting the localization of precision wind power bearings and key components. This project has also filled a market gap in the local wind power bearing industry, promoted industrial structure optimization and upgrading, and contributed to the stable and healthy development of the regional bearing market.

During his research, Cui Wei pointed out that HGF Bearing Factory has long focused on the research and development and manufacturing of high-end roller bearings, especially achieving domestic technological breakthroughs in the field of wind power bearings. He suggested introducing the company's cutting-edge technologies and typical processes into vocational school teaching cases to enhance students' practical abilities and professional qualities through real industry projects.

This research trip is an important measure taken by Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College to implement key reforms in vocational education and promote deep integration of industry and education. Through on-site visits to enterprises, the college gained a deeper understanding of the actual needs of industrial development, providing strong support for optimizing the curriculum system and expanding student employment opportunities.
