2320 TVP Self-aligning ball bearing
Cage: brass cage, M; steel cage, E, without suffix; Nylon cage: TVP/ ECP.
Double row: 12xx; 13xx; 22xx; 23xx;
Advantage:
Self-aligning capability: The outer ring raceway curvature center coincides with the bearing center, allowing for a misalignment angle of 2°~3° between the shaft and the housing. This effectively compensates for installation errors or shaft deflection, making it suitable for applications where shafts are prone to bending or tilting, such as long shaft drive systems and motor rotors.
Double-row load-bearing design: Two rows of steel balls are symmetrically distributed, providing 30%~50% higher radial load capacity than deep groove ball bearings of the same size. Suitable for heavy or impact loads, while also withstanding smaller axial loads.
Low coefficient of friction: The balls and raceways have point contact, resulting in a low coefficient of friction. The limiting speed can reach 80% of that of deep groove ball bearings, making it suitable for medium to high-speed applications. It also produces less vibration and noise during operation, contributing to improved equipment quietness.
Strong installation compatibility: The outer ring has no flanges, while the inner ring has flanges on both sides. Precise axial positioning is not required during installation, making it suitable for non-precision shaft systems, such as rough shaft machining conditions in agricultural machinery.
Easy maintenance: The design with sealing rings or dust covers effectively protects against contaminants, achieving longer maintenance-free cycles.
