Linear bearing series
Type: LM / LME / LMF / LMK
According to shape:
1. Cylindrical type (shaped like a cylinder, generally installed with a snap ring, used in applications with small installation dimensions)
2. Flange type (with a mounting flange at the end or middle, can be installed with screws; flanges are generally divided into round, square, and chamfered types)
3. Open type (shaped like a cylinder, with an axial slit on the surface, used in applications requiring clearance adjustment; divided into large and small opening types)
According to performance:
1. General type (for applications with general performance requirements)
2. Super type (for applications requiring long life and high load performance)
Linear bearings are the core mechanical components of linear motion systems, mainly used to cooperate with cylindrical shafts to achieve linear motion with unlimited stroke, belonging to the basic type of linear guide mechanism. According to material, they can be divided into two main categories: metal and plastic. According to structure, they are divided into standard type, flange type, open type, etc., among which the LM series (metric) and LME series (imperial) are applicable to different regional standards.
Linear bearings are increasingly widely used in precision equipment or special machinery industries such as electronic equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, machinery, instruments, robots, machine tools, CNC machine tools, automobiles, and digital three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment.
